Standard production takes 1 business day after payment, complete personalization details, and any required proof approval are received. Estimated domestic shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Bulk orders, detailed artwork, special materials, and unusually high order volume may take longer. Contact us before ordering if you need your tribute by a specific date.

Personalized and custom products are non-refundable once a proof is approved and production begins, except when Black Horse Fabrications confirms a production error or product defect. Wrong-size tribute bracelets are eligible for exchange only if returned before 30 days from purchase; the customer pays return shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
